Graduate or Master's degree with at least one year's professional experience or nurse with additional education and at least three years of professional experience Experience in working with trainees or people with special support needs Secure computer skills and routine handling of digital tools Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different target groups Embossed team skills and cooperative working High social competence, empathy and appreciation in dealing with people Self-employed, structured and customer-oriented work The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
