Project Manager Construction / Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Creation of lists of services and implementation of quantity determination Development and management of procurement schedules Participation in tenders including examination and expert evaluation of incoming tenders Preparation and monitoring of procurement decisions Own-sponsored monitoring of the construction design and coordination of all the companies involved Ensuring compliance with quality, time and cost targets Support for projects beyond completion, including the organisation of maintenance measures Documentation of construction processes and handling of warranty claims

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the project or construction management of construction projects Experience in modernising residential and commercial properties Knowledge found in the creation of performance registers and in the tendering of works Safe handling of the performance phases 6–9 according to HOAI Experience in coordinating and controlling complex construction measures Structured, independent and economic operation Teamability and strong communication strength
