Christine Dierks) am Klinikum Lippe (Location Lemgo) is looking for a case manager (m/w/d) in full time at the next possible timeThe Klinik für Hämatologie und Internisten Onkologie am Standort Lemgo/Detmold. Here, patients with all oncological and haematological diseases are treated with autologous stem cell transplantation with a wide range of treatments up to high dose therapy. CAR T cell therapies are under construction. The clinic also has a palliative station. The clinic leads the Center for Hematological Neoplasias, is a cooperation partner of the certified breast centre Lippe, the visceral-oncological centre, the skin tumor centre and the urooncological centre with weekly tumor conferences. The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is part of the University Hospital Ostwestfalen-Lippe of Bielefeld University. Three locations, around 30 clinics and competence centres, almost every medical field. MFA or nurse Experience in the areas of cross-sector coordination (acoustic hospital, rehabilitation and other outpatient and stationary forms of care) Experience in case management Proven communicative and organizational skills Good knowledge of regional health care Safe handling of common computer tools

Remuneration is made according to TVöD EG 8 with all other public services. Highly disabled applicants are preferably taken into account with the same suitability and competence.
