Dispatcher for local transport (m/f/d)

We are looking for motivated dispatchers (w/m/d) in local traffic for the DHL Freight in Erfurt. In this diverse role, you are responsible for freight logistics for national and international traffic. What tasks do you take You control the transport process! You are responsible for the disposition and control of the tours and distribute the orders to the vehicles. You're an organizational talent! You are responsible for the correct cancellation of the tours and make a reliable transfer to the delivery components. You keep an overview! Your daily tasks include the archiving of the pick-up tickets and delivery documents. How to convince us Experience: You have a training as a forwarding merchant and have already gained experience in the field of work. Alternatively, you have a commercial training in combination with practical experience in the supply and logistics environment. Personality: You have fun at work and especially at challenges. On your job you particularly appreciate that not every day is the same and you will find solutions for problems. You can react professionally and flexibly to unplanned situations and always work customer-oriented. You are improvisable and have a good coordination capacity. Knowledge: You are a communication professional and have a very good handling with MS Office. You have ideally already knowledge of customs processing and are familiar with the English language.
