For our new structure in the hotel's Bar & Restaurant concept we are looking for you. As a deputy bar boss, you are the right hand of our bar boss and assists him in leading a talented team. Your contribution is crucial to implementing the bar concept, introducing trends and professionally designing the daily operation. You are a host and representative with passion for high-quality drinks. You ensure top quality in service and creations every day. You already have experience in team leadership. As Deputy Bar Chef, you are the main partner for the bar area and agree directly with your superior F&B Operations Manager. You are creative and bring innovative cocktails and new trends into the bar. You pack, think with and keep an overview in all situations. You like to work in the team and promote the development of your employees. You master classic and modern mixology and are an expert in your field.
