The strategic building of the motorway company is responsible for the future design and development of the real estate and thus supports the transformation of the building culture within the motorway GmbH, with the aim of developing a holistic, sustainable and sustainable property portfolio, taking into account the corporate culture and ensuring the business operation.

Complete studies (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) of the disciplines Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience Multiannual professional experience in civil engineering, project development, construction planning or strategic planning Funded knowledge in project and process management Knowledge of relevant regulations (BauGB, LBO, HOAI, VOB, GEG, DIN 276, DIN 277) as well as willingness to be incorporated in specialist applications and other regulations (e.g. FStrG) communication-proof German knowledge; additional language skills are welcome
