Commercial and technical management and control of demanding projects in the field of BHKW technology from planning to implementation in the one- to two-digit million € range. Professional and interdisciplinary leadership of middle project teams and their further development Work and assembly planning for the project execution Inquiries and evaluation of components and services for suppliers and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with timetables, budgets and quality standards independent work and project management in all project phases Monitoring and acceptance of post-contractor services in terms of costs and quality. Evaluation and processing of performance directories Advising customers with regard to strategic, organisational and technical issues in project execution Identification and management of project risks

Technician or master or completed engineering degree in the field of HLK, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Alternatively: Technical training as a piping manufacturer, plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, utility technician, technical designer with several years of experience in the construction of power-heat-coupling and energy plants Good knowledge of Microsoft Office At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of project management readiness to travel Cooperative and esteeming leaders with strong communication strength, high self-initiative and Leader mentality Knowledge of contract management (BGB, VOB) Organisational design and high flexibility and durability Ideas-rich, dynamic/r team player
