Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Our Perinatal focus (Level 3) provides around 500 births per year, including early and risk pregnancies from 32. Pregnancy Week. With state-of-the-art equipment, an experienced team and close cooperation with the Perinatal Center in Chemnitz, we offer the highest safety and quality for mother and child. If you are a dedicated specialist that focuses on the health and welfare of our small patients, we look forward to your application! They have:**

• a completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d) with a specialisation in paediatrics or as a nurse (m/w/d) or as a health care and child care provider (m/w/d)
• it is desirable to have completed further training for paediatric intensive care and anaesthesia care or willingness to complete this timely
• high technical understanding in handling state-of-the-art medical technology
• high level of motivation and commitment in the development and implementation of modern care concepts
• Communication strength and a high sense of responsibility
• Individual initiative, flexibility in the perception of tasks and a positive attitude towards interdisciplinary work

Your tasks:

• Implementation of the paediatric/neonatological intensive care and treatment care of our small patients in compliance with current quality standards
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the care process based on current, evidence-based and ethical standards
• close interprofessional cooperation to represent your own profession and ensure the best possible patient care
• active and relevant participation of the workplace through high expertise
