You act as a translator: between specialist and IT – and understand the language of both sides You systematically analyze professional requirements, communicate them clearly and document them for one of our business areas: e.g. retail, industrial insurance or e-government You can safely implement methods of Requirement Engineering and create graphics as well as diagrams for visualizing complex facts You actively participate in workshops, act as a guide:in and Sparringspartner:in and guides meetings and moderations as needed, depending on the project context

You have a degree in the field of natural sciences such as biology, chemistry, physics, astronomy, geosciences or similar Ideally, you bring technical background knowledge to web applications and databases You have a targeted, structured way of working as well as high communication and team skills You can additionally score with experiences in agile methods Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
