Application: Other Location: Düsseldorf Job-ID: 17834 Accompanying construction projects from the first idea to the HOAI performance phase 2, including basic determination, analysis of framework conditions and development of first design concepts Development of creative and functional solutions in line with the requirements of planned and potential use Examination of the feasibility of projects under technical, economic and urban planning aspects as well as deriving sound recommendations and master plans Close cooperation with expert planners, authorities, investors and other project participants to coordinate and optimise the designs Professional preparation and convincing presentation of concepts to internal decision-makers and external partners Coordination of communication with approval authorities and specialist planners to clarify technical and legal frameworks Transparent documentation of project progress and ensuring compliance with schedules and budget requirements Development of variants and alternatives taking into account building plans, area potentials, economy and sustainability

A completed study of architecture, urban planning or a comparable study programme Experience in the development of master plans and locations, focusing on industrial construction for producing companies Knowledge of the HOAI performance phases 1-4 in the building, in particular for the performance images High affinity for ad-hoc sketches and designs for fast and professional presentation of project ideas Safe handling of CAD software and basic knowledge in BIM
