Your activities:

• Material orders and commissioning of service providers
• Checking invoices and shipping documents
• Communication / correspondence with customers and suppliers
• Maintenance / updating of data, tables, documents
• Daily administrative tasks
• Working with ERP / SAP

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial training.

You bring professional experience as a team assistant (m/w/d) with or were active in office management, secretariat or administration.

They work routined with the common MS Office programs, SAP knowledge is advantageous for you.

They are reliable, accurate and appreciate the good cooperation in Team.
