For the department of E-Government and specialist procedures, we are now looking for active support: System Managerin (Planerin) for Linux and special applications (Entgeltgruppe 12 EntTV ITDZ Berlin / TV-L Berlin / 3rd ÄTV ITDZ Berlin) Our team - consisting of currently 6 professionals - pursues a high-voltage mission. We support important SW components in a heterogeneous and very complex system environment of the Berlin judiciary and help to make the processes more efficient and user-friendly. You plan and design our Linux-based environments, including the middleware for applications You coordinate the diagnosis, error cleaning and further development of system modules and configurations between internal colleagues and our service providers IT services along IT service management are designed, developed and optimized by you You control IT Lifecycle Management and coordinate the instructions for the administrators You develop and implement operations to ensure a stable and reliable system operation

It is essential to carry out the tasks: A completed study (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or otherwise acquired comparable knowledge and skills due to multiannual professional experience Knowledge of the planning of application environments with Linux servers or container-based solutions as well as databases in RZ operation and the use and operation of Middleware (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic...) and web servers Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL), e.g. ITSM tools Knowledge of the planning and implementation of installations/updates of applications (applications) and ERP applications Knowledge and experience in project-oriented work German language skills C1 (GER) Ready to carry out an extended safety review (SÜ 2) according to § 11 of the Berlin Security Audit Act (BSÜG) It is also advantageous to carry out tasks: You can demonstrate success in planning and (partial) project management to introduce and update server/cloud applications You have experience with monitoring tools (e.g. CheckMK and SQL scripting) As part of IT customer consulting and support, you could already convince with your communicative skills A pronounced team capacity, high quality awareness as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting are of course for you
