Number: MER00044AK Since 1919, Sindelfingen has been writing automotive history. Today we are shaping the next stage of digital transformation: the use of artificial intelligence, intelligent agent systems and automated workflows along our business processes. Our team identifies optimization potentials in specialist areas, develops innovative AI solutions and implements them together with the process managers. We use technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, n8n and Large Language Models (LLMs) to reduce manual activities and establish new digital working methods. We understand ourselves as a bridge between discipline, technology and project management. From the first idea to the development of a prototype to the productive implementation, we accompany AI-based automation projects and actively promote the digital transformation. These challenges include: Analysis of existing business processes and identification of automation potentials

Development and implementation of AI-based workflows with Power Automate and n8n

Development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new AI applications

Support in managing multiple digitization and automation projects

Cooperation with departments, IT and external partners

Evaluation of New Technologies in Generative AI, Agentic AI and Workflow Automation

The activity can begin from August 2026.

Course in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Similar

Interest in artificial intelligence, process automation and digital business processes

Experiences with n8n, Power Platform or other workflow tools

programming knowledge, in particular Python of advantage

Knowledge of the functioning of LLMs and their technical characteristics and limits

Structured and analytical mode of operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with various stakeholders

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Own initiative, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new technologies
