In order to support our team in the Department of Basic Purchase at the Hanover office, we are looking for you as a specialist or specialist for basic acquisition and property management (w/m/d).

The focus of your activity is the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts for the acquisition, the ownership of demand areas for road construction measures and the safeguarding of landscape-care compensation and replacement measures. You will negotiate with owners, beneficiaries, tenants or other interested parties and lawyers with the aim of completing construction permits, purchases, exchanges, usage contracts or agreements on the appointment of usability and, where appropriate, real loads. You will examine basic acquisition documents as well as all compensation payments, other costs, taxes and fees incurred in the acquisition of the ground. In the context of expropriation procedures, you submit application documents and take over general activities of the property management. The creation of responses and opinions on objections to basic acquisitions in plan setting procedures completes your interesting task.

Ideal prerequisite is a completed (special) university degree with a focus on general administration or comparable knowledge, qualifications and experience. You have good knowledge of private law, property-related administrative law and street law
