Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

You are developing content strategies for our digital channels, researching topics with HR relevance and implementing them in sound, search engine optimized content. These include blog articles, lexicon contributions, landing pages and white paper. You opt for our content not only for classic search engines, but also for AI-based search results. Your goal: HR WORKS becomes visible where users are looking for answers today. You work along our Content Guidelines and Corporate Language. You make sure that all content in the tonality, wording and structure of the brand is HR WORKS. You analyze the performance of your content using relevant KPIs, perform optimizations and continuously develop existing formats. You use AI tools specifically in your editorial workflows. You develop your own prompts and context structures that lead to precise, brand-compliant results. You report directly to the Teamlead Content Marketing and agree on priorities, topics and deadlines.

At least two years of professional experience in content creation, for example in an agency, editorial or content marketing. Stylish German in word and writing. You meet the right sound for different target groups and channels. You bring experience or strong interest in Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering. You understand how to lead AI models through targeted instructions and structured context to better results. You can deal with how content is optimized for AI-based search systems such as AI Overviews, ChatGPT or Perplexity. Or you bring the curiosity to work quickly into this field. You have a good feel for brand consistency and are happy to work with existing style guides and content guidelines. Independent, structured working method paired with team orientation and high reliability. Ideally, you have experience in the editorial conception of video content. Knowledge in DaVinci Resolve and Canva are a plus. Experiences with WordPress and SEO are also beneficial. If the new country is for you, we will teach you everything important.
