You will personally take care of our customers in the area of building cleaning You run our object managers (m/w/d) and service personnel both professionally and disciplinaryly You are responsible for sales and earnings for your task You develop, based on targets and economic indicators, cost-saving strategies and performance optimization You ensure compliance with the Piepenbrock guidelines on site

You preferably have a university degree or training with corresponding professional experience in the economic or technical field. You are ideally already bringing experience from facility management You have at least two years of professional experience You have collected as much experience as possible in managing employees (m/w/d) It distinguishes your entrepreneurial thinking, your hands-on mentality and your service-oriented approach You communicate purposefully and clearly, have a safe, winning appearance and set priorities
