As SeniorBaumanager (m/w/d) Tiefbau / Strassbau plan and manage the implementation of strategically oriented construction projects (expansion, reconstruction and maintenance measures, alternative civil engineering measures) including planning, tendering, awarding and billing. They take over building tasks taking into account cross-border business requirements and implications and with regard to building-related sustainability and create documents for implementing measures (TGA, fire protection, etc.).

• They conduct the analysis and evaluation of construction projects, construction structures and maintenance measures
• You create or check cost estimates and develop concepts for inventory optimization
• You take over the coordination of general contractors, general planners, specialist engineers and authorities
• You are responsible for the cost, timing and quality controls as well as the escalation management
• You have the responsibility for developing/providing frameworks and guidelines for buildings and areas
• You are responsible for the area layout according to legal requirements (e.g. Workplace Directive), or alternatively for civil engineering measures in infrastructure construction or - operation

You have a degree in civil engineering or a training as a civil engineering technician/road engineering master (m/w/d). Alternatively, you have a comparable vocational training with a corresponding subject or subject-specific additional training. In addition to several years of professional experience in the field of facility management as well as in the (construction) projects that are oriented in the management and implementation strategy, you have outstanding knowledge in building law and in order processing. In addition to your deep knowledge in project management, construction management, construction take-offs bring the following skills:

• Ideally multi-year professional experience in road or civil engineering
• Very good experience in classical and agile forms of cooperation
• Very good knowledge of current standards, regulations and regulations
• Analytical thinkability and problem solving as well as flexibility
• Communication skills, team skills and negotiation skills with very good German
• Mobility/readiness to travel in the southwest area
