Customer Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Direct contact for all quality topics of our customers Product support from the prototype phase to EOP Development and pursuit of corrective measures Preparation and implementation of samples Implementation of product and process audits Test planning and optimization Reporting and analysis of harmful parts from the field or from field tracers of the customers to be supervised Complaint processing Support for quality-relevant projects

Successfully completed scientific or technical studies or training as a technician with relevant professional experience Extensive knowledge in the areas of quality management, material technology or manufacturing technology Knowledge of common quality management methods (such as VDA, FMEA, 8D Report, PPA) Experience in handling CAQ systems desirable Automotive experience in the subcontracting industry Safe handling of MS Office applications Knowledge of English in Word and Writing, Italian language Teamability, commitment and flexibility
