Creating and switching job advertisements and participating in job interviews Ensuring an optimal candidate experience through professional communication with applicants throughout the entire recruiting process Close cooperation with departments and service providers Further development of the recruiting strategy and control of exciting projects Organisation and implementation of career fairs, workshops and events Preparation of regular reporting and meaningful analyses

You have successfully completed a degree (e.g. Business Administration or Business Psychology) or have a completed commercial training. Recruiting enthuses you – and you bring at least two years or more years of professional experience in in-house recruiting. You convince with creative ideas, affinity for digitalization and the courage to go new ways. Thanks to your strong communication strength and your sovereign appearance, you can easily build a trusting relationship with candidates and colleagues (m/w/d).
