In order to strengthen our colleague in wage accounting and time management, we are looking for a payroll specialist (m/w/d).

In your new tasks, you will be worked in detail by our long-term employee from the Wages Department, so that you can gradually assume more responsibility in your common area. Implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting (with Navision) Reporting and certification Verification of facts relating to wage tax, social security and labour law Conducting personal files and care of master data Voting with financial accounting Support in the coordination and monitoring of audits and audits Creation and evaluation of statistics Support in the time economy

You have successfully completed a commercial training or completed training as a tax specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally with a corresponding training in this area (experience with Navision is advantageous) You have sound knowledge of tax, labour and social security law You have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and have an affinity for imaging digital processes You have an independent, structured and detailed way of working as well as service and show their own initiative You are characterized by reliability, confidentiality and loyalty
