Care, administration and further development of the service plan and time recording systems Active participation in the further development, standardization and optimization of service plan processes and working time structures taking into account labour-time, tariff and economic requirements Contact person for the departments of university medicine in all matters of service planning and for the external service provider of the SP-Expert utility Comparison of planned personnel requirements with actual utilisation (desired actual analysis) and analysis of bottlenecks and recurring disturbances Providing sound reports, analyses and ad hoc evaluations including action recommendations and forecasts Automation and optimization of evaluation and analysis processes, especially using Microsoft Excel and VBA Planning, implementation and documentation of training measures for the introduction and application of service planning and timing Interface between application support and working time management Confidential cooperation with employee representatives

Complete studies in the field of economics or health management or successfully completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in the field of time management/service planning Great interest in IT and a good understanding of system-based processes Knowledge of working time and labour law and their practical application Comprehensive IT skills, in particular very good MS-Excel knowledge as well as experience in dealing with SAP and SP experts or comparable service plan and time detection systems Good analytical understanding as well as a structured way of working, especially in dealing with numbers Team orientation, good communication skills, responsible action and an independent working style Interested in new topics, flexibility and resilience
