As a Specialist Complaints in QM Complaint Management (m/w/d), you are responsible for the complete coordination and processing of complaints in the CRM system that reach us from end users and trading partners – from the first receipt to the final opinion. Enter, evaluate and edit the complaint cases and keep an overview of all open processes. Based on your expertise and in close coordination with colleagues in the fields of quality management, QM declaration, our national companies and other interfaces, you will create sound and address-oriented opinions on the individual cases. For various internal and external stakeholders, you conduct evaluations, screenings and data analyses to the complaints received and prepare the results clearly.

You have completed vocational training – ideally in the field of dairy, laboratory or comparable – and you can also bring a further education to the master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d). In complaint management, you are familiar with yourself and experience practical experience. Your communication – whether with colleagues or external partners – is service-oriented, clear and secure, both in German and in English. With MS Office, SAP and other relevant CRM systems, you are routined and enjoying digital cooperation. You are convinced by readiness to learn, initiative, analytical thinking and always keep an overview in a dynamic environment.
