Order preparation: independent application of the materials according to specifications Use of resources: Efficient and environmentally friendly use of materials, auxiliaries and media Processes: monitoring and further development of the processes, reporting to the responsible manager Plant operation: Self-assembly, operation, control and cleaning and waiting of the plants according to requirements Disorder Management: Detection and Repair of Quality and Technology Deviations, Introduction and Documentation of Measures Job design: ensuring order, cleanliness and safety at work Business management: cooperation in management systems (e.g. Lean), training and support in training Safety requirements: compliance with work, fire and certification requirements (e.g. ISO 9001)

Qualification: completed vocational training with a technical or craft focus Experience: Multiannual professional experience in similar activity Knowledge: In production processes Personal skills: team and cooperation ability, high independent and structured working IT knowledge: Good IT skills and safe handling of computer systems readiness: willingness to shiftwork according to the company's requirements Driving licence: valid forklift Language skills: Very good German knowledge
