You are an incoming expert in written and oral communication You will learn the competent advice and support of customers concerning subscriptions, billings, complaints on the phone and by mail, as well as related administrative activities Knowing the correct application of information and communication systems You enter different customer groups into print and online products You will be fully integrated into the work processes and take on more and more tasks and responsibilities independently or in the team In the vocational school you will be taught theory-related knowledge and skills while you can successfully implement the learner in practice

You have a well-qualified primary school degree, medium maturity or specialist abitur, with very good German skills in word and writing You are committed, motivated and renewed You work independently and have good time and priority management You are an organizational institution and perform your tasks with a lot of responsibility You have the pleasure of handling customers and colleagues as well as excellent service You have first experience in dealing with current MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

In the course of your three-year training at our company subsidiary, the Saarbrücker Media sales company mbH, you will be trained as an absolute communication assistant. You learn to master all common information and communication systems using rhetorical means and conversation management techniques. .
