In the process management team, I can work directly to record and optimize strategic and operational processes that contribute to the digital transformation of the system management. Funded training or equivalent experience: You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Energy Economics or a comparable Engineering Studies – or you have an equivalent qualification through many years of professional experience and acquired knowledge, Experience in process modeling and analysis: You have several years of practice in the design and evaluation of business processes – ideally using common methods such as BPMN, Lean or Six Sigma, Analytical thinking and solution-oriented action: You’re thinking structuredly, you can quickly identify relationships and find pragmatic solutions for complex processes, Communication strength and stakeholder competence: You convince by clear communication, empathy and a safe occurrence towards different contact persons, Language security: You have very good knowledge of German (C1, safe to negotiate) and good knowledge of English (B2).
