Projektmanager (m/w/d) in the counties Augsburg (city), Aichach-Friedberg, Augsburg, Dillingen an der Donau, Günzburg, Neu-Ulm and Donau-Ries

You play a key role in developing our future-oriented agency and actively support our trusted people. You are responsible for the coaching, training and training of trustees as well as your employees:in order to promote their individual development and success. In addition, you act as a competent contact person in all personnel questions and offer professional advice and support. You keep an eye on the development of stocks and yields in the region and take strategic measures to increase the success of the agency. In addition, you set clear target agreements together with the trustees to continuously improve performance. In addition, you are actively involved in the acquisition of new trustees and supports them in the establishment of their agency to promote agency growth.

You have a completed vocational training as a merchant for insurance and finance and are also an insurance specialist or a comparable qualification. With this solid foundation you are perfectly equipped for the diverse requirements of our position. You bring at least three years of professional experience, ideally in sales in the field service. This experience allows you to quickly find yourself in our structures and work effectively from the outset. Your strong decision-making, strong solution orientation and high sensitivity are not only valuable to you, but also for our agencies and our customers.
