A task that challenges. You develop and establish the maintenance strategy and maintenance framework guidelines for the power, gas and communication infrastructure of the Bayernwerk. You bring with you the motivation to develop and implement new concepts for the maintenance strategy of the Bavarian factory. You are in close contact with other regional utilities of the E.ON Group, with which you will jointly design the maintenance strategy on the basis of established processes and regular corporate bodies for the Bayernwerk. You manage a maintenance management for the Bayernwerk, and centrally out of the asset strategy. This includes, among other things, monitoring of key figures for planning and implementation - always in close cooperation with the operational implementation on the one hand and group initiatives on the other. You agree on specific maintenance measures on site with colleagues from the operational management in the regions of the Bayernwerk. You support the development and implementation of new processes and efficient measures. The two main processes ''Manage Assets'' and ''Maintain Network'' will be of central importance for the maintenance of the Bavarian plant. You shape predictive maintenance and support the processes with artificial intelligence, self-healing and automation algorithms. You actively contribute to the technical safety management (TSM) of the Bavarian Work, including the TSM audit.

A background that convinces. You have several years of professional experience in the maintenance management or maintenance strategy of plants or assets, ideally in the field of electricity, gas or other infrastructure. You have successfully completed a technical or scientific study or acquired a comparable qualification and have already gained several years of professional experience. At best, you have well-founded knowledge in the fields of energy technology, components of the energy infrastructure and their maintenance. You are ready to work on new topics and to maintain a lively exchange with corporate bodies and operational teams in the regions. You show high self-employment and are ready to build the maintenance as an essential pillar in the Bavarian plant's asset strategy. You can work independently conceptually and have the ability to edit complex topics analytically and structuredly. You have excellent communication skills, show passion and inspire others through your personality.
