You work closely with the commercial project management and are responsible for the processing of your own project developments primarily in the area of housing construction. Your focus is on the control and creation of concepts and planning in the performance phases 1-5 and you support your technical know-how in the performance phases 6-8 and act as a contractor representative. You are responsible for the assessment of technical topics and expert opinions, as well as the preparation of feasibility studies and cost forecasts as part of the acquisition and project and product development. Your tasks include coordination of external planning teams, coordination with authorities, utilities and subcontractors, as well as evaluation and optimization of construction costs and support in the creation of building law. The coordination of special request management for individual applicants and the control and acceptance of the handovers and commissioning processes are also part of your tasks.

You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture. At least 5 years of professional experience in planning or architecture offices with corresponding housing projects and already a project in management function. Ideally, you will bring knowledge of BIM method, statics, TGA, building physics, open spaces, planning and building law, building land and shocks.
