You work in interdisciplinary construction project teams with various disciplines, such as construction, civil engineering, utility technology and electrical engineering. You provide planning services or partial planning services according to HOAI incl. Demand planning and possibly necessary feasibility studies In the selection and contracting of freelance services, You assist in the control, quality and performance of externally contracted engineering offices and exporting firms You work in the planning, awarding, control and billing of construction services You have the opportunity to develop towards project management

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Construction in Stock, Civil Engineering or Economic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy and Building Technology or a comparable degree. Further requirements: Ideally, you have 2 years of working experience in the construction or real estate industry You bring knowledge of the application of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB etc.) You are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and open to the BLB-specific application of SAP Your enthusiasm is up! You understand selling your ideas and goals and have a systematic and solution-oriented approach You bring certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing), and possess the ability and ability to guide a service-cushion You have the readiness to verify the safety of the ‘Ü1 to Ü3’ under the safety review law NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.400,00 € – approx. € 82.500,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
