Project Manager/Calculator Prefabricated Construction (m/w/d)

Our client is a successful group of companies that deals with all services related to construction and property. For a company of the group of companies involved in the production of steel and prestressed concrete parts, he is looking for a project manager/calculator. The concrete components of our client are sustainable components for the necessary and economic realization of many construction projects. The highest level of safety – from planning to production and assembly of the precast concrete parts – is evaluated. The accompanying internal and external quality checks also ensure the quality of construction and performance as well as the reliable and timely cooperation with our clients' partners. Independent organization, detail processing, independent control and ongoing controlling of the construction projects Technical, timely, qualitative and economic responsibility for the project execution Call for tenders, negotiations and award of forwarding and assembly services in close cooperation with the central purchase Creation of internal performance messages Planning and control of finished parts production in coordination with all project participants Creating production planning according to dates Determination of costing bases Self-responsible and independent calculation and selection of construction measures Creating project schedules Leading order and follow-up negotiations Takeover of planning data and their further development in the calculation (Betsy) Acquise activities and contact care of existing customers

Complete studies or technician training in civil engineering or comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience as a construction manager or project manager or calculator in concrete/finished parts construction or Building and engineering Secure knowledge of building and contract law (VOB/B) with MS Office and the current costing programs Experience in project management Ideally knowledge with CAD applications, here preferably Allplan Self-functioning and high operational readiness Team skills and responsibility
