Property Manager Building Cleaning - Part-time (m/f/d)

Individually responsible support and organisation of several objects (e.g. kitas, housing and care facilities) Ensuring the contractual implementation of all cleaning services Planning, control and continuous optimization of workflows Management, operational planning and instruction of cleaning teams on site Contact for customers, employees and external service providers Ensuring and controlling quality standards (including regular object visits) Compliance with all relevant occupational safety, safety and hygiene guidelines Organisation and management of materials, equipment and resources Treatment of complaints and implementation of improvement measures Documentation of services, quality controls and special events Active design and construction of the new cleaning department Support in cost control and budget planning

Professional experience in object management, facility management or building cleaning Experience in employee management and customer contact Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High level of responsibility and reliability Communication strength and team capacity Safe handling of common computer applications driving licence class B
