Product Owner Central Development Systems (m/f/d)

As a Product Owner, you shape our core processes and the associated tool suite of tomorrow and thus shape culture, cooperation and efficiency throughout the company. You consistently focus on the needs of our internal customers, answer a clear backlog management and ensure transparent, targeted communication with all stakeholders. In your Scrum team, you take over the role of the Product Owner, meet informed decisions and control product development based on results. Together with your team, you will develop our tool suite, currently consisting of Jira, Confluence and a modern web application, and advance their strategic development. You actively influence processes in the product development of the entire group and shape the agile transformation through clear visions, priorities and continuous improvements.

Multiannual professional experience (at least 2 years) as a Product Owner in a Scrum team as well as proven successes in the design of complex product landscapes. A completed university degree in the field of IT or management, for example computer science, business informatics, information management or a comparable subject, ideally with above-average degree programs. Deep expertise in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), sovereign handling of Atlassian Jira, confluence and modern web applications, as well as strong interest in processes and change management. Language sovereignty with very good English knowledge and at least good, ideally very good German knowledge in word and writing. A value-oriented, agile mindset, strong communication and negotiation capabilities, convincing presentation skills and passion for collaborative work in international, cross-functional teams.
