Team Leader* Indirect Purchasing, Processes & Digitalization

You take over the technical management of indirect purchasing As a process expert, analyze, standardize and improve the purchasing processes continuously and proactively Together with the purchasing management, you are responsible for the digitalization strategy in purchasing and design a holistic roadmap, coordinate its implementation and increase the efficiency and transparency of the purchasing processes You are responsible for several indirect material groups and at least one direct material group and conduct independent negotiations with suppliers

You have a successfully completed commercial study or a commercial training with technical training (e.g. as technicians or the like) Multiannual experience in the strategic purchasing of an industrial company is imperative You have very good knowledge of process management, digitization and the introduction of standards and systems Experiences in the professional leadership, coordination and further development of employees are advantageous In addition to excellent knowledge of English, you are characterized by high IT affinity and very good communication and moderation capabilities
