Your tasks

Check the supplied materials for completeness and compliance with the orders. Performance of quality controls (sight test, if necessary sampling for laboratory analysis). Documentation of input control and notification of deviations. Storage:Appropriate storage of materials taking into account temperature, humidity and other product-specific requirements. Management of stocks using a commodity management system. Ensuring the FIFO principle (First In, First Out) in the material output.

Commissioning and provision:compilation of the required materials according to production orders. Providing the materials at the defined production sites. Check the completeness and accuracy of the ordered materials.

Documentation: Leadership of stocklists and stock records. Creation of coupons and other accompanying documents. Compliance with GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice) and other relevant regulations.

Cleaning and maintenance: cleanliness and order in the weighing area. Maintenance work on the weighing equipment and other equipment.

Cooperation with other departments: cooperation with production planning, quality assurance and purchasing. Communication of material bottlenecks or problems in material input control.

Your profile

Successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in food technology or a similar training (e.g. painter, confectioner, baker or food production) Good knowledge of German (applications of people of all nationalities are explicitly desired!) Understanding hygienic clean production in shift operation (break, late and night) Environmentally sound disposal of waste. Team skills Responsibility Performance and shift readiness also at weekends Avoid dust and noise. Compliance with safety regulations when weighing and handling materials. You like to work in shifts and occasionally on Saturdays (spring, late and night shifts)
