You take over the project responsibility for new and new buildings by taking over the design, planning and implementation of new and new construction projects – both on buildings and on technical building equipment – as project or subproject management You plan and dimension technical supply systems and take care of the operation, optimization and troubleshooting of the installed supply and disposal systems in various fields, e.g. technical gases, electrical energy, building automation, clean water, air and climate, waste water, compressed air or refrigeration systems You will develop tender documents, performance directories and technical specifications for the implementation of the projects and promote the successful implementation of TGA projects in cost, quality and time You ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements and agree with users:in the facilities to ensure the implementation of changes to buildings or technology to ensure compliance with user needs

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master) or an education in the field of Supply Technology, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Energy and Building Technology or a comparable career You have several years of professional experience as a manager (more than 5 years) in the field of technical building equipment in the industrial environment and have gained experience in building technology over the entire life cycle. You can successfully implement projects in the field of construction and TGA as project manager:include your professional successes and have sound knowledge in HLKS technology, compressed air and refrigeration systems, supply technology technical gases, building automation and electrical engineering You ideally have knowledge in the field of process engineering and expertise in construction. A practiced handling of MS Office, ideally CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and/or CAFM systems completes your profile You are characterized by focused work with high self-responsibility, demonstrating both internal and external enforcement strength. Your strategic and structured way of working allows you to efficiently master complex challenges while your strong analytical ability helps you make informed decisions You have knowledge of German and English, which allows you to communicate both internally and externally sovereignly and effectively.
