Solution Engineer Salesforce (all genders)

Salesforce Adaptation & -Implementation Design, configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions according to best practices Adapting Salesforce Cloud Solutions to Optimize Business Processes Ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce with other business applications Technical support & operation End-users support through technical support and troubleshooting Care and development of existing salesforce solutions Change Management & Documentation Creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation on configurations, adaptations and projects Development and implementation of test plans to validate adjustments (Unit Tests, System Tests, UAT) Process optimization & innovation Identification and implementation of innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in Salesforce Working with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications Project work & management Working on projects to develop and integrate business processes in Salesforce Close cooperation with project teams to ensure the achievement and compliance of timetables

Education & Experience Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field Professional experience in implementing and adapting Salesforce solutions Technical knowledge Experience with Salesforce projects and their implementation Knowledge of Salesforce Development (APEX, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce) Experience in the integration of Salesforce with other systems Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Remarkable: Experience Cloud and Pardot Language skills Very good knowledge of English (C1/C2) Remarkable: German or Spanish (B1/B2)
