Your post: You take over the leadership of strategic HR projects with focus on skills management, learning&training and computing & Benefits. You design modern HR processes and products in the above-mentioned areas and ensure their smooth integration into existing HR systems and processes. You plan, control and monitor projects end-to-end – from target definition to milestone planning to successful rollout. You work closely with international stakeholders from HR and other areas, and you are so confident about complex interests. You ensure that regulatory requirements, internal governance requirements and change inspections are taken into account and actively controlled at an early stage. Your profile: You bring well-founded experience in HR project management – ideally in the topics Skill Management, Learning&Training and Compensation & Benefits. You have completed your studies (e.g. BWL, Business Psychology, Business Informatics) and project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 or A.). You know the common tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) and work safely with modern HR systems, ideally also with Workday. You think strategically, trade solution-oriented and professionally compete with executives and top management – in German and English. You can expect from us: Mobile Work: Work flexibly on two days a week and on 3 days on site.
