Your tasks

Organization & Structure: You coordinate our recreational area, organize processes and create reliable structures for a living everyday life.

Free time offers & support: Free time offers such as creative workshops, sports and movement offers, excursions or joint evening activities are planned and accompanied by you.

Jugendcafé: They design our youth café as a safe meeting place for conversations, games evenings, music or common cooking.

Initiation & Cooperation: They supported the FSJ and BFD volunteers during their daily work and actively participate in festivals, project days and cross-device events.

Your profile

Qualification:You have completed training in the educational field (e.g. educators or nurses) and have ideally gained first experience in youth work or with our target group.

Engagement & Competences:They are characterized by a high degree of commitment, work independently and independently and have a strong communication capability to act successfully both in the team and with the young.

Sustainability & Mobility:Sales in the evening hours, weekends or occasional night readiness take responsibility. Class B licence is required for this position.
