Funding Manager (m/f/d)

You have a look for the essential. You independently analyze investment projects with the aim of identifying funding opportunities at national, federal and European level. This includes our entire investment program including New construction and modernization projects. Work together and build something new: You control the entire funding process – from the submission of applications to the examination of the evidence of use and the management of deadlines. Reporting & Monitoring: You are responsible for internal and external reporting and advise about funding. Continuous monitoring of all relevant projects is also part of your task. You like to look over the edge of the plate. With us you take over project-related interesting tasks. If necessary, you represent the Head of Finance. Bringing in networks and ideas. Participation in themed events as well as building a network within and outside the housing industry will give you pleasure.

Your training: This newly created position requires a completed study from the field of administration, law, economy, political sciences or public management. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification, such as a training to the real estate or bank merchant (m/w/d).
