To strengthen our staff management team, we are looking for you as a staff consultant:in (w|m|d) in parttime (60% to 80%):

Consultation and support of executives and employees in all labour and personnel issues. Implementation of the Recruiting Process Implementation of onboarding and offboarding processes. Administration of Personal Data Creation of relevant personnel documents such as agreements, contracts, certificates etc. Optimization and further development of personnel management systems and HR processes. Implementation and further development of ebalta-benefits and support in increasing employee satisfaction and commitment Creation of reports and analyses on HR key figures to make informed decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of HR actions. Implementation of BEM talks Support for monthly wage and salary billing incl. Time recording taking into account the statutory provisions Support for Employer Branding and Personnel and Organisational Development Cooperation with external service providers and authorities such as IHK, Inclusive Office, educational institutions. Agency for Work, Headhunter, temporary workers

completed commercial training with experience in human resources or completed studies in the field of human resources management or Business Administration Multiannual experience in Human Resources Experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, contracting, personnel development etc. Knowledge of German labour law and HR processes and instruments Basic knowledge of wage and salary accounting Confidence with HR technologies and software Very good communication skills in word and writing High level of confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal data Structured and independent working and team skills
