We are looking for you as a trained specialist informatics (all genders), who takes care of the concerns and IT problems of the users as a contact person (all genders) with our customers in and around Berlin (the field of application of East Germany). Your tasks are in particular: The implementation of the onsite installations and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, printers and associated peripheral devices in the field of East Germany You will take care of the analysis and solution of faults in Microsoft Windows, Desktop, Notebooks, Printers and Network directly from the customer You process and document the incoming tickets in ticket systems You are responsible for setting up jobs (removal and dismantling) and various client workstations The advice and instruction of the users to the respective system, notebook and mobile phone fall into your task as well as the data and profile backup of the users
