You always have a look at all hygiene requirements (HACCP) and implement them consistently. At buffets, banquets or other events, you can take part in the issue of food. Active cooperation in cleaning and reprocessing is of course for you. You support the acceptance and control of deliveries and the labelling and storage of products.
