Your post: You are the first contact for our customers when it comes to questions about our software M1.

You collect, classify and process phone requests and, if possible, solve the requests with the customers by remote maintenance.

Inquiries that you can’t solve will be forwarded to a deeper analysis of our 2nd level support.

Inquiries processed by you can be found in our ticket system for complete documentation.

You actively support the continuous optimization of our support processes to further improve customer service.

That's what you bring: In the best case, you have completed a training in the medical field or as a specialist informant (m/w/d), alternatively you have a technical background and brings experience in customer care.

You describe yourself as an IT affinist and you want to learn new things.

You draw your attention through service orientation and communication strength, bringing your fingertips in dealing with customers.

First experiences with the processes in Praxen are of advantage, but no need.

You work structured and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations.
