As an industrial technology (w/m/d) in electronics production, you take care and further development of highly automated SMT production lines and ensure high plant availability and stable series operation in our measuring instrument plant in Berlin. You are experienced in the technologies: transport and handling systems, paste printing, optical inspection, equipping, reflow soldering, etc.

You can contribute to this: Conception and implementation of networking and integration solutions for manufacturing machines (e.g. Hermes, RFID, Recipe Management, Traceability, ASYS-OIC, CFX) Head of investment, modernization and automation projects Analysis and optimization of plants, processes and production processes Compilation of technical requirements as well as monitoring of validations, commissioning, acceptances and serial procedures Coordination with suppliers and development of technical documentation, standards and integration concepts This experience brings you with: university studies or comparable qualifications as well as several years of experience in electronics production or a specialist training as a state-tested technician with many years of experience Experience gained in the continuous networking and integration of machines and systems of different manufacturers along the entire SMT production line and knowledge of relevant interfaces and systems Embossed affinity and experience in data analysis, databases and industrial AI applications Experience in technical projects, fault analyses and process improvements Sovereign handling of time-critical disturbances and production pressure, incl. readiness to call Very good knowledge of German and good English as well as readiness to travel (about 15%) within Germany Experience in professional leadership, intercultural competence as well as strong analytical, team and enforcement capability, strategic thinking and self-initiative You are much more than your qualifications and we believe in the potential of each individual.
