(Senior) Specialist Sales Transformation & Change (m/f/d)

You design, develop and accompany transformation initiatives in private customer sales at a strategic and operational level. You analyse structures, processes of change and cooperation, and thereby guide targeted and effective intervention measures and initiatives. You translate change projects into addressable formats and promote a common understanding of target images. You design, moderate and evaluierst dialogue and participation formats for sustainable transformation. You bring an understanding of modern cooperation models and New Work and implement them in everyday work. You appear as a visible contact for transformation, moderate and present at events and support the anchoring of new ways of working and thinking.

You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of transformation/change management. Group or consulting experience is desirable. Complete study of psychology, business management, social sciences or comparable studies. You are a real team player*in and you are characterized by commitment, openness, sense of responsibility and willingness to design. You communicate complex content in a comprehensible and effective way – both in writing and oral, strategic and operational. You work structured, empathic and solution-oriented – and you can combine different perspectives. You can communicate safely in German and English, love the stage and come up with different hierarchical levels.
