Welder / metal worker for formwork renovation (m/f/d)

For our site in Apolda we are looking for reinforcement for formwork renovation from July 2026. You work on the preparation and repair of formwork elements and make sure that they are transferred to the customer again ready for use.

After a structured incorporation, we offer you the opportunity to assume additional responsibility. With appropriate suitability, a development to the shift leader or foreman is possible.

Your tasks

• You plan the workflows in coordination with the customer.
• You perform the coordinated work independently.
• You clean formwork elements and carry out smaller repairs.
• You change damaged formwork panels.
• You carry out welding work in the MAG process.
• You control the quality of the edited elements.
• You transfer the completed formwork elements to the customer.
• You document the work done.

What you bring

• Craft skills and technical understanding.
• Good knowledge of German.
• Physical resilience.
• welding knowledge in the MAG process, ideally with at least one basic qualification.
• forklift or experience in handling industrial trucks.
