Your activity is assigned to Squad Audit, Process Suppliers and Outsourcing Management. Here you work with 5 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You are the central contact person for all requests from our banks and the cooperative of the central outsourcing management (ZAM eG), especially in case of questions about risk report, revision report, service provider report, management and specialist information. For answering the questions, you will collect the relevant contacts within the Atruvia if necessary. In line with the Squad Lead and Outsourcing Management expert, you are driving forward the implementation of the necessary measures to remedy identified deficiencies and creating transparency about the action processing towards our customers and customers of the ZAM eG. You are a central contact person for all internal and external customer requests for audits and assessments and agrees the content and scope with internal departments as well as the auditing bodies. You support and coordinate the audit and assessment processes, including event organization and moderation. You regularly agree with the examiners to clarify open points and to support a smooth audit procedure.

Personality with profile

You have a completed study of computer science, business or economics as well as many years of relevant professional experience or comparable qualifications as well as experience in the management of cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You have practice-proven knowledge in the service provider control and the outsourcing management of banks as well as ideally the appropriate regulatory principles (DORA, MaRisk, BAIT etc.) You have very good knowledge of Atruvia's services, including the processes in Service Level Management, the relevant reports on regularity, banking and system infrastructure, as well as a comprehensive understanding of all business areas. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
