Architect (m/f/d)

Together with your 20-member team of architects, engineers, designers, assistants and work students as well as trainers, you will form a specialist area of creativity, professional competence and extensive experience. In your role as an architect (m/w/d) execution planning, you are responsible for creating model-based detailed execution plans for building projects taking into account the architectural, technical and legal requirements in cooperation with our BIM designers. You ensure compliance with all common German planning regulations, building regulations and standards and work closely with the project team, builders, engineers and other professionals to optimize planning and achieve project goals. You participate in meetings, meetings and coordination with various project participants. You support construction monitoring during the execution phase and carry out quality assurance measures according to the project requirements. As a rule, you have 1xWoche your “Construction Site Day” (excluded in Rostock) and can experience the progress of construction live. Do you prefer to focus on professional work? Then you can rely on the team’s project managers to take over all administrative tasks. You take over the technical coordination of the BIM work as well as the examination and coordination of the BIM specialist models. You agree with external authorities, licensing bodies and contractors to facilitate approvals and approval procedures. Good and collegial communication is important to you. You have a completed study of architecture or comparable qualifications such as civil engineering or interior design. You can present at least 10 years of professional experience in the execution planning of construction projects and have sound knowledge of German construction regulations, standards and planning regulations. You have first touch points with common CAD software (Revit, Auto-CAD, Solibri) and MS 365 You are familiar with the BIM work or you have already worked as a BIM author and/or BIM expert coordinator. You bring communication strength and team capacity to understand complex issues. In German, you can communicate to native language levels in word and writing: good English skills are advantageous (project language is German and team-internal of times English)
