The Octapharma production company Deutschland mbH (OPGD) in Springe near Hannover is one of five state-of-the-art production sites. There we produce with our around 850 employees: a finished product and intermediate products for further processing.

In your role as a specialist qualification (m/w/d) production and auxiliary equipment GMP you are responsible for various plant qualifications (e.g. autoclaves, media facilities and rooms). Active support and implementation of training activities Compilation of documentation (plans, logs, reports) for design, installation and functional qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ) Creation and revision of SOPs and forms Management and creation of quality management documents (including validation matrix) Participation in FATs and SATs

Complete vocational training with additional training (e.g. industrial master pharmacy) or scientific/technical studies Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry desirable Sovereign handling of IT applications, especially MS Office Proactive, independent, yet team- and targeted working style Your department where you do something The field of technology is responsible for the fact that our production facilities, buildings and other equipment are present and work properly. It consists of the Automation, Engineering, Facilites & Utilities, Maintenance and Qualification departments. The qualification is responsible for the design qualification, installation qualification and functional qualification with around 15 employees (DQ, IQ and OQ). As a result of the qualification of the production and auxiliary installations, the appropriate installations or systems are ensured. Equipments are used.
