1. Tax payable by: Order, registration and administration of tax marks in accordance with the tobacco tax law Printing, cutting, counting and output of the control signs Installation of new tax marks and regular inventory checks Creation of monthly evidence of use for the main customs office Preparation and implementation of devaluation and destruction incl. Requests for reimbursement Preparation of the due tobacco tax debt for the tax office

Two. Production orders & Control processes Writing, processing and approval of production orders Accounting of the associated control characters Daily pre-control of cigars and pipe tobacco Booking of movements of goods from the untaxed to the taxed warehouse Processing of cancellations, corrections and rebookings

3. Articles, order and SAP data management Maintenance and reinstallation of articles and product data in SAP Implementation of price changes incl. EAN code adjustments Creation of shipping documents Processing of customer and own brand orders Stock relocations and debits Data purification, supplementing missing information and processing for export and tax purposes

4. Regulatory Affairs & legal notifications Implementation of legal reports for cigars and pipe tobacco (EU portal, UK via teams, external partners) Support for the entire reporting process: new products, changes, unsubscriptions and sales figures Reporting of sales figures to fulfill legal reporting obligations Messages in the LUCID packaging register Preparation of relevant documents for auditors and authorities Communication with authorities, external partners and internal departments

Five. Physical exams & data validation Physical testing: measuring/weighing cigars, packaging and boxes Ensuring the availability and accuracy of physical crates in the uncontrolled warehouse

Commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in the handling of goods, ideally in the area of tax, customs, production or goods Very careful, structured and reliable operation Expressed sense of responsibility and understanding of numbers Safe handling of MS Excel, SAP knowledge of advantage Ready to work on regulatory issues as needed
